021616 Thursday WOD and 3M

2nd time hitting the 6AM Class...same as before. SOOOO hard to get out of bed.  But..once there it is not so bad.

WARM UP

*I was able to single single dub unbroken for about 6!  Not bad.

Squat Cleans @ L2 = 95lbs
Pull Ups as Rx

*very proud I did my last 9 pull ups unbroken!!!

NOW....MY FUEL BAND!!!  NIKE NIKE NIKE!
I reached my goal of 3 MILLION FUEL POINTS THIS MORNING!!!!!  WOOHOOOO!!!

I received the fuel band on 12/2013 and today...2/16/2016 I reached 3M fuel points. I am pleased...I am happy.  I can now retire my band.  Super Happy!!!
