2016 New Year's Weekend Workouts




Sitting at home on a Sunday night right before the start of the work week is partly sad, partly anxiety filled and you just have to put your big boy pants on and mentally focus to get ready to work.  I did a couple workouts this weekend so I figured before I go to bed I would post them up now...
