60 x Strict Pull Ups
60 x Burpee Box Jumps

50 x Thruster @ 75lbs
50 x Cal Assault Bike (6:01)

- Rest 5 min -

40 x Power Cleans @ 155lbs
20 x Empty Bar Lunges

DONE: 69:30

it took forever...oh well.
