Was not feeling it today. NO ENERGY.

I decided not to take a PWO and I paid the price for a shitty workout.

10 x Hang Clean
15 x Goblet Squats
20 x Jump Over Bar

L3 = 95lbs bar and 53lbs KB

Completed 3 rounds.  Bleh...
