What do you do when you have nothing to do on a Saturday night? workout.  At least that is what I plans no money no honey.

This is a modified and adjusted CrossFit Linchpin's Monster Mash

Here is what I did tonight...

For Time:
21 x Clean and Jerks @ 135lbs
15 x Clean and Jerks @ 155lbs
9 x Clean and Jerks @ 185lbs

- Rest 5 Minutes - 

2 Rounds For Time
25 Cal Row

25 x Back Squat @ 155lbs

DONE - 29:02

I felt good...this was a great workout for me. I enjoyed it AFTER...during it was not that great but now that I am done...pretty pleased with it.
