I made myself go in tonight...I had to.  I am scared I am going to get fatter.

WARM UP

Sit Ups
Jumping Jacks
5 x burpees

SKILL
Deadlifts 5 x 5
Worked to 305lbs

WOD
5 Rounds for Time
15 x Hang Cleans
20 x Wall Balls
Rx @ 135lbs and 20lbs
