Adjusting to my new work schedule has been hard. The workouts are definitely being affected. It is really a bummer. I feel I have to play catch up on my workouts...sigh. Well the price you pay when you are working full time.

Simpson, of San Antonio, Texas, died May 1, 2013, in Landstuhl, Germany, from injuries caused by an improvised-explosive device on April 27, 2013, in Arian, Afghanistan. The 30-year-old, nicknamed "The Unquiet Professional," was assigned to the 4th Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Simpson is survived by his wife, Krista; sons, Michael, 5, and Gabe, 3; sister, Abigail; brother, David; parents, Michael W. and Barbara; and many other friends and family.
Rx is 135lbs, I went L3....115lbs...

I struggled at 9....I made myself go unbroken 9-6-3 and I did...but it was hard and it messed with my head. The reps are so low...that you THINK you can plow through...but the pain afterwards slowed me down. I will admit my pull ups were on point. I was able to string together at least 5 every time. I was able to go unbroken for the 9, 6, 3. So that helped me a lot.
