Started the day w Deadlifts...

BRO SESH
Assault Bike 20 Cal x 2
Sled Push @ 115lbs
Tire Flips

We had stations....1 person was on the bike, 1 on sled, 1 on tire and 1 rest.  We did it 2x.  We were press for time.

Then

4 Minutes Max Chest to Bar - I got 20 reps.  Not too bad!
