Catch Up Posts - been lazy!




Man I guess I missed a few log workout posts.

Wednesday is a rest day.
Thursday is a light bench and squat day - nothing to really post about
Friday is a rest day
Saturday is a rest day

NOW....SUNDAY WAS EPIC!!! WOOHOO!!!

SUNDAY 10042015 HEAVY SQUAT
Sunday Skwaat Day is loved and hated. I hate it because it is hard and I love it because well it is hard I guess.  Anyways....I moved up in weight because I cleared last week's load.



WARM UP
Roll, Stretch, Hip Circle
Empty bar twists and good mornings
Empty bar x 10 (2)
135lbs x 10 (2)
185lbs x 5
225lbs x 3

WORKING SET = 275lbs for 5 x 5
COMPLETE!!!  YAY!  It was tough...man. I only did it because we had a full gym and my boy was next to me and it helped push me.  So it was complete and I am now nervous about next week's 285lb bench...ugh.




Then..I moved to an exercise to work on my Asian Man Booty...
Romanian Deadlifts or RDLs
I warmed up with 135lbs x 5 it was light to moved to 155lbs for 5 x 5



THEN....the best happened. It is not "go" time...it was BRO TIME!!!!  We decided to get stupid and go push ourselves.  So we moved out back...and did this:
