Walked in to get a workout in before I had to run the 6pm class.

Row, Stretch, Hip Circle
Burgener Warm up + Skill Transfer Drills x 2 w PVC

Working Set
195lbs 5 x 7

4 Rounds for Time

12 x Toes to Bar
12 x Push Jerks @ 135lbs
12 x Box Jumps @ 24"
DONE - 17:35

I will admit my toes to bar were probably broreps. I hit most of them but I will readily admit there were a few no reps.  CLOSE but no cigar ya know?  Ehh...the fact I can even do 1 is a feat in itself.
