10212015 Wednesday DNF

YAY! I did not finish another workout!



I swear I should of scaled to L3 and did this lighter weight.  We shall see....ugh.

Came in and worked on a light complex to practice my overhead position and overhead squat.

run w 14lb med ball...it SUCKED!!  I did L2 at only 14lbs!

I finished the 15 front squats and that was it....HORRIBLE.

I am really thinking maybe I should of went to L3 at 115lbs...but my buddy says 115lb would of been too easy.  We are going to try this again and test it at 115lbs.
