After the Sunday disaster I got myself into the gym this afternoon.  I was last but oh wells...such is life.

WARM UP
400m Run
3 x 10 Squats, Jumping Jacks, Lunges

SKILL/STRENGTH

Pause Back Squat
5 x 3 at 215lbs

WOD
4 Rounds For Time
20 x Goblet Squats @ 53lbs
20 x Russian Twists @ 16lb
20 x Box Jumps *30" box for 3 rounds mod to 20" for last round
200m Run
DONE 18:58

I was last...in the whole class...LAST. Oh well...you cant win them all....
