10092015 Friday Burner

Today is supposed to be a rest day...but I did a mini wod.

We did this...2015 TEAM SERIES WOD #6

30 x Deads @ 185lbs
30 x Cal Row
30 x Overhead Squats @ 95lbs
*we each only used 1 bar so we have to unload the bar between the dead and OHS.  Which I feel would of given me a couple seconds...maybe.  OK maybe not..hahaa..

I finished this is 7:18

and my OHS was definitely BRO....I know I did not hit parallel.  But I am a slow slug and need alot of warm up to get it...and I just warmed up a little and jumped on this.  I was happy that I was able to get 20 reps of deads before dropping the bar.  The row was fine as I love to row.  The OHS gave me lots of problems.
