09292015 Tuesday Deads and WOD

Man this is not a great week for my strength program.  I failed bench and today I failed my deads.  Let's get into it...

HEAVY DEADS

Warm Up = roll, stretch
Empty Bar work - twists, good mornings and RDLs

WORKING SET 5 x 5 @ 355lbs

That 4th set messed me up. I did ONE rep and felt like I was going to collapse.  So I grinded through the last set and only got 2 reps. Sigh...I guess I have to do it again next week.  GRRRRR!!!!
