09092015 Wednesday 2x

I did not have my laptop for a couple days so I missed a couple workouts.  They are in my notebook so that's fine.

Well, so today I did a double..and a mini bench I essentially did 3 workouts.

Roll, Stretch

Strict Pull Ups

*I admit, my pull ups towards the end were probably no reps....I may have not gotten chin over bar. Maybe...a little bit.

WOD #2

15 Minute AMRAP
5 x Power Cleans @ 155lbs
10 x Push Ups
15 x Squats
20 x Sit Ups

Completed 5 Rounds + 5

Not bad...I feel a bit tired but I got it done.
