08242015 KELLY sucks!

Monday workout...bleh.  HORRIBLE!!!

WARM UP
3 x 100m Run
10 x Squats
10 x Sit Ups
10 x Jumping Jacks

SKILL
Tabata Sit Ups
42...yeah yeah..well I dont do sit ups very well. I cramp...so I just kinda go through the motions...

WOD

30 x Box Jumps @ 24"
30 x Wall Balls @ 20lbs

33min Time Cap - DID NOT FINISH...I only got 4 rounds done.

THIS WORKOUT SUCKED!!!
