08072015 Friday WOD

Wasn't expecting to go HAM or even WOD. I was planning on going in after class and just benching and going home.  Plans changed...I got home in time to make the 7pm class.  Soooo...I did it. I was tired...very tired after work.





I guess I will add bench to Sunday Skwaat Day instead...

WARM UP

10 x Squats, Jumping Jacks, Lunges

I got 29!!!  Yay!  I think it is a PR for me...

20 x Snatches @ L3 = 75lbs

Not bad...I am happy.  I will make up for my chesticles on Sunday.
