I think today was a bit easier than most.  We had to sub the most difficult movement so it went by very fast.



WARM UP
3 x 300m Run
10 x Squats
10 x Jumping Jacks
5 x Burpees

10 x Supermans

10 x Hollow Rocks

SKILL
Clean + Front Squat
1RM - got to 175lbs


WOD

30-20-10
Box Jumps @ 20"

Goblet Squats @ 53lbs

Russian Twists w 15lb Plate x 2 (60-40-20)
