06192015 Friday Post E3

After working all week at E3...I basically took 3 days off.  I came in to do this stupid shit...

WARM UP
Empty Bar Bench Press
Ring Push Ups 3 x 10
Stretch
135lbs deads x 5
185lbs deads x 5
135lbs bench x 10
185lbs bench x 5
225lbs deads x 5

This is one of the workouts from Crossfit Linchpin/Pat Sherwood. I really enjoy his programming. It is always great and very well thought out.



WOD
21-15-9
Deadlift @ 285lbs
Bench Press @ 185lbs



DONE - 14:40

I was not super pleased. I set a goal of sub 15 minutes...so I got that.  But I felt I rested a bit much.  Again, I did take 3 days off and this was at 8PM at night after working all day.  Basically I am telling you all excuses that I probably could do better.

Oh well...it is what it is.  It was quick and heavy, just the way I like it.
