Decided to hit a 2nd workout...something relatively easy and NOT a metcon...

Stretch

BENCH PRESS
Ring Push Ups 3 x 10


Empty Bar x 10
135lbs x 10
185lbs x 10

3 x 5 of 225lbs
+
10 x Flys with 30lb dumbells.


DONE

I was supposed to do some pull ups but I got lazy and left...womp womp.
