Today's MASH was hard...40 min of straight work. I worked out with one the best athletes in our box and he pretty much said this was the hardest one so far. Crazy.

ON A CONTINUOUS CLOCK
Odd Min - 21 x Single Arm Ring Rows
Even Min -3 x Push Jerks@ 185lbs
21 - 40 MINUTES
Odd Min - 10 x Burpees
Even Min - 95lb Squat Cleans
I missed many minutes...too many to count.
This was super hard and challenging for sure...
