This was my 2nd year doing MURPH at my box.  Highland Park Crossfit.

I had some specific goals this time around..but I did not quite reach them.

DONE - 73:47

Last year I did this workout scaled and it took me 69 minutes and some change.... one goal was to do this completely RX aka As Prescribed!  And I did it.  Slower but I did it...I have that little bit to be happy about. It was my honor to suffer through this on this day to remember our fallen heroes.  Next year will be better for me I hope!

All in all I am not happy with my time but I am happy I did it as Rx.

I ate, came home and rinsed off....I am ready for a nap now....
