04032015 Friday Lifting

Came in today to lift...

Trying to follow my formula to only metcon 2x a week and lift/strength train for 3x a week.

Here is what I did tonight:
Stretch


STRICT PRESS

95lbs x 10 (2)
135lbs x 5 (2)
155lbs x 3 (2)
175lbs x 1
185lbs x 1
195 x 1 - FAILED.



DEADS

135lbs x 10
225lbs x 5
275lbs x 5
315lbs x 2
365lbs x 2
405lbs x 1
*I tried for a double but couldn't pull it
