Man I hate being tired.

I feel really tired still.

BACK SQUAT
Stretch
Empty Bar x 10 (2)
135lbs x 10 (2)
225lbs x 5 (2)
275lbs x 3 (2)
315 x 1

BENCH
135lbs x 10
185lbs x 2 (2)
So bad....I dont know...I felt horrible.  So I stopped.

Not a great day.
