02072015 Saturday Monster Mash Lite

I wanted to relax this morning. After the mash yesterday I was TIRED. I felt beat..I felt sore. It was tough man...so my sole intention was to come in...take it real easy move a bit to stay limber that is it.

But...no.

Instead what was programmed was a MINI MASH or a MASH LITE.  Ugh...

WARM UP
400m Run
3 x 10 push up/sit up/squat
stretch

NO SKILL...just jumped into the workout.

START A RUNNING CLOCK
3 Rounds of:
200m Run
21 x Kettle Bell Swings @ 44# = L3
12 x Pull ups as Rx

Rest 10 min

3 Rounds of
30 x Wall Balls @ 16# med ball = L3
30 x Box Jumps as Rx

Rest 10 min

800m Run
1000m Row

DONE = 52:30
*Confession...I cheated 2 minutes. I should of waited longer on my break but I had to meet people to head to the LA Fit Expo so I cheated 2 rest minutes and started my run sooner.  Technically my time should be 54;30.  So what..sue me.
