02062015 Friday MASH

Switched it up and did the MASH today....it was crazy hard. Ugh..

Here is the original MONSTER MASH

Here is what I did...

30 x Pull Ups
DONE as Rx  = 12:31
*I was a little sad...I wanted to finish at or under 12 minutes..so I missed by 31 seconds.

30 x OHS @ 135lbs *off the floor
10 x Pull Ups + 10 x Banded Ring Dips
30 Cal Row
DONE - 33:43 (33:43 - 22:31 = 11:12)

Rest 10 min

FOR TIME

3000m Row

1.5 Mile Run
DONE as Rx - 77:56 (77:56 - 33:43 = 44:13)
*yeah you read that right...almost 45 mins to finish that last part. The row killed my lower back...and then the run was just horrible...just horrible.  I am sad. I dont run. RUNNING SUCKS.
