WARM UP

Came in early and did some work on the erg.
500m x 4 with 1 min rest

Not bad!

10 - Push Ups
10 - Squats
5  - Burpees
100m run

Stretch

SKILL

Strength - BENCH
4 x 2 reach a 2 rep max - 275lbs
remove 20lbs...and max reps
255lbs x 10 !!!!!

Woohoo!!!!  Pretty good! I felt good and strong on this set!  SUPER HAPPY!!!!

WOD
2 Rounds of:

2 min Cal Row
2 min Med Ball Cleans @ 20lbs
2 min Sit Ups
2 min Pull Ups
1 min Rest

I completed 213 reps....ugh.  Sit ups are horrible for me...
I am OK with this.  Not great but I am ok with it.


Pull Up practice after...did some chest to bar!  I got some legit chest to bar!  WOOHOOO!
