02032015 Tuesday WOD

Did not feel super strong today...but pushed through.

WARM UP
Pre Class - Burgener Warm up x 3, light power snatches at 75# doubles and triples
400m Run
3 x 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 jumping jacks
Stretch

SKILL

Snatch - 5-5-3-3-1-1
Got to 125# in a power snatch.

WOD
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Shoulder to Overhead @ 115lbs = L3
Kettle Bell Swings @ 44# = L3
Pistols @ single leg squats on Box

20 min Time Cap
DONE 16;23

The 115lbs felt usually heavy tonight. I should of been able to rep those out like nothing.  And the single leg squats even off the box were super painful.  The easiest thing was the KBS. I did all of those unbroken.

Oh well..onward and upwards right?
