BACK SQUAT
Warm Up:
Stretches
Empty Bar - good mornings, squats and torso twist

Working Set:
225lbs
5 x 3 Pause Squat w 3 sec hold at bottom

Beltless

"Enrique Especial" - LOL Inside Joke

Dips using boxes - 5 x 5 = 25 reps

Strict Pull Ups - 4 x 5 = 20 reps

Pendlay Rows 3-3-3-3-3
Loads =  185lbs, 195lbs, 205lbs, 225lbs, 235lbs
