"Almost DOUBLE Grace" ugh...

I wanted to finish in 10 that did not happen.  I tried.

I was happy that I beat my previous Grace time.  My best was 6:47 or something like that.  When I was gong this, I finished 30 around 6:20 or so.  I am pretty happy.  Plus if I was really doing Grace I would of pushed it more in the beginning since it would only be 30 reps.  I think I maybe able to break 6 mins in Grace...maybe.  Maybe one day I will try it "for fun."

Then we did 4 x 10 Reverse Hyper Extensions on the GHD. WOOHOOO!!!
