Today was a good day....like really good.

WARM UP
Stretching

SKILL

Deadlift 5 x 5
Work to a working set.
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3
295 lbs - Working Set 5x5

WOD
10 minute AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible
20 x Box Jumps
15 x Kettle Bell Swings
10 x Push Ups
as RX!!!!
24" Box
53# KB

I completed 4 rounds + 4 reps.

My goal was 4 rounds...so I reached it.

BUT...

The best part...

I stayed to work on some Pull Ups.  Did some stricts for practice...I needed help to LINK my KIPS.

I jumped on the bar...and I GOT IT!!!

I did an easy 6...then 10...YES 10!!!!  I GOT 10!!!!

I am a KIP MONSTER!!!! I have video on my Instagram!!!
