01062015 Tuesday WOD

Walk in early to take the 6PM Class...

Just chilling...figured I could bench, warm up, practice my pull ups and begin my 2015 goal of double unders.  But nooooooo....I had got peer pressured into doing not 1 but 2 workouts...

WOD #1
Minute 1 -5 = 5 x Reps @ 75#
Minute 6-10 = 3 x Reps @ 95#
Minute 11 - 15 =  1 x Reps @ 145#
Power Snatches

Oh man...this one was kinda tough...like tough.  ugh.



WOD #2
5 RFT
Minute 1 - Thrusters @ L3 = 75#
Minute 2 - Double Unders @ L3 = singles
Minute 3 - Rest
TOTAL - 375 reps

Not bad...

Then I stayed to do the skill portion of the workout.

5 x 3 (*I did 5) = Bench Press

5 x 7 = Ring Push Ups

135#
155#
185#
225#

That was my evening...not too bad!  Feel good.
