FINALLY!

After 4 days of FORCED REST...I was able to workout tonight.

WARM UP

This was a horrible traffic week. It took my ONE HOUR FORTY MINUTES the whole damn week to get home. I missed my workout every day,  It was bad.

It was good to get in tonight.  And actually do OK.
