11252014 Tuesday WOD

Went Rx...and got some blood.

WARM UP
400m Run
stop at each corner and perform 10 x Air Squats

Stretch

SKILL

Pause Squats - 5 x 3
225#

WOD
15 min AMRAP

3 x Wall Walks
6 x Deadlifts @ 225#
9 x Box Jump @ 24" (step up)

I completed 5.... AS RX!!!

I scraped my left shin and drew some blood...it wasn't that bad.  I had a tiny scab there that I ripped on the pull from the deadlift.
