11112014 Tuesday WOD

I know I owe a blog post regarding my recent competition this past weekend. I want to take my time and write it...I may draft it tomorrow.

But anyways...here we go for tonight.

Tonight was horrible...if you could program the WORST workout for me this would be it.  Literally the worst movements for me.

WARM UP
800m Run
first 400m is a light jog
second 400m is power walk and sprints

Stretch

SKILL
500m Run
1:44

WOD
3 RFT
800m Run
30 x Squat Cleans @ 75#
30 x Burpees

35 minute time cap
DNF - only completed 2 rounds and 400m that's it...HORRIBLE.
