Not a great night...2 things I suck at and/or not very good at...

WARM UP
400m Run

5 x burpees
10 x wall squats
10 x jumping jacks

Stretching

SKILL

5 x 2 Over Head Squat
I got to 115#!!!  not too bad.

WOD
3 Rounds

400m Run

Squat Cleans
*I did 95#....which is girls L2...yup.  girls...L2.  It was bad.

I finished in 15;35.

No bueno....
