The first one was OK..I hit parallel...barely.  Second one was not as pretty or smooth..but I got it.  

315# was my 1 Rep Max 2 weeks ago...I wanted to  try it for 2...now I can add 10lbs next week and see how it goes.

SNATCH BALANCE

Pull Up practice
Butterflies 5 x 2 for 10 total.



Getting better...just more practice so I can turn them over and be more consistent and try to hit 10 easy.  Once I can hit 10 I will shoot video for it.
