Not a bad performance tonight....

WARM UP

Stop at each corner and perform 10 x Jumping Squats

15 x  Hang Power Cleans
400m Run

Rx = 135#
L3 = 115#

I used L3 and finished in 22:12

Not bad...the time cap was 20 mins...but I was able to keep going and finish it.
