@ each corner stop and perform:
5 x standing chest press
5 x overhead press
w/ 25# plate

SKILL

Bench Press

@ 195#

WOD
3 Rounds For Time
30 x Kettlebell Swings @ 44#
30 x Wall Balls @ 14# med ball
200m Run with med ball
