07262014 Saturday WOD

10:00AM class...it is HOT in HERRRRRE

Yeah...gotta love So Cal!

WARM UP
400m Run

W/ Partner + Med Ball @ 16#
Partner 1 - holds med ball in bottom of squat
Partner 2 - completes: 10 x Push Ups, 10 x Squats, 10 x Burpees
Then team runs 100m with med ball
Each partner does the above 2xs

Stretch

SKILL

Cleans
5 x 5
got to 145#

WOD
Partner WOD - one works one rests, no time cap
50 x Thrusters
400m Run
50 x Pull Ups
50 x Cleans
50 x Pull Ups
400m Run
50 x Thrusters

My partner and I finished in 20:20
Using 65# (L2) bar and box pull ups!
