Open Box Sunday means lifting!

Push Press

185# - YAY!!!!
Very happy I got 185# for a triple.  It was HEAVY but yeah super happy!

BACK SQUAT

135# x 10
155# x 10
185# x 5

BODYWEIGHT PAUSE SQUATS @ 225#
5 x 3
with a belt, sitting at bottom for 2-3 seconds
