05172014 Saturday WOD

Saturday morning fun!

WARM UP
Tabata - Push Up, Sit Up, Squat, Squat Hold, Lunges, Jumping Jacks

Team "football" game - this was actually pretty fun.  My team LOST...so we had to 40 burpees.
I only did 30...*confession!*

Stretch

SKILL
Med Ball Run - I used 16# ball

AMRAP = 20 min

20 x Back Squat
100m Run

Rx - 75#

I completed 8 rounds + 1 run

Simple and to the point. I enjoyed today's workout!

I then did some overhead work.
Strict Press - 95# x 10
Push Press - 135# x 5 , 155# x 5
Push Jerk - 185# x 3

Strict Pull Ups x 10
I was going to do 20 but got lazy and tired...
