Today was no bueno...I finished the workout so that is the good news.

*I did HSPU off the floor...
** Rx - 135#.....I went to L1 @ 65#....which happens to be the WOMEN'S L1.  WOMP WOMP...yeah manhood out the door.  It was swallow that ego time.

I finished in 15:21
