Today our office let out early so I was soo happy to get home in time to take the 430PM class.

Max Bench Press
275# - I have been stuck at this max for a long time..but then I again I dont really do alot of bench...I need to maybe try 285 next time.
25 x Back Squat from the Floor
Rx @ 135#
L3 @ 115#
I went L3...and finished in 14:21
*admittedly my later squats were not to depth...I was chopping away..10, 5, 5, 5 to get them done. It was tough. But it felt good and the recent shorter more powerful workouts have been more in my wheelhouse.
