04272014 PR Sunday

Open Box hours...and foot pain...dont make a good combination but I made the best of it.

I had to miss Saturday workouts. My right foot was flared up so I had to rest and take my meds and just rest up.  The goal was to be good enough to come in today and work on some lifting.  I felt good enough to go in...glad I did.
