April Fool's!!!!

Yes this workout was foolish! Sheesh!  Here is what we did...ugh.

400m run
stretching

Skill

Handstand holds @ 1 min = 2 x

WOD
15 x rounds

10 x wall balls @ 16#

10 x push ups

10 x KBS @ 44#
30 min time cap

I completed - 11 + 27

It was tough....shoulders are on fire.
