03112014 WOD

Took a couple days off and needed to get a sweat.

Warm up
400m Run

Partner Work
14# med ball squat hold
while partner completes:
10 x squats
10 x jumping jacks
10 x lunges
10 x push ups
Each partner completes 2 rounds

Skill Work
Ring Dips/Bench Dips
Tabata total
75 total bench dips.

25 min AMRAP w/ partner

10 x HSPU  - scaled to bench
20 x KBS @ 44#
100m run together

Partner and I completed 8 total.
