Saturday 08102013 WOD

Usual park WOD this AM.

Run 1 lap around park
Stretch and Mobility

100 x burpees - done in under 15 mins.

*everyone else had to 50 burpees and 1 progressively faster run around the park

20 x straight leg lowers
30 x walking lunges with a pause
20 x 1 1/4 squats
20 x jump ups
2 x of the above, rest as needed

Hollow body hold

Stretching and mobility
