Saturday at the Park - WOD 06012013

This morning's romp in the park...

Run/warm up
3 x 100 yard (1st job, 2nd run, 3rd sprint)

30 x step ups
30 x pop ups (burpee with no push up)

WOD
Partner Workout
50 x Kettle Bell Swings (53lbs)

35 x Goblet squats *same KB throughout
20 x burpees each partner

Weighted carry to 125 feet and back with KB
