30 x pop ups (burpee with no push up)
50 x Kettle Bell Swings (53lbs)
35 x Goblet squats *same KB throughout
20 x burpees each partner
Weighted carry to 125 feet and back with KB
look what I found Vanessa Hudgens also does KB carries!
