Saturday AM WOD - 04202013

Beautiful day in gorgeous LA!  Reppin' South Pasadena!

Here is what we did...

WARM UP
Run/jog
stretch/mobility

Partner WOD
#1 - Run short lap
#2 - perform 10 x walking lunges + 10 x sit ups (complete up to 3 rounds as you wait for your partner)
3 rounds of the above

50 ft yard sprint back and forth
12 x lateral jump burpees

50 ft yard sprint back and forth
30 x jump squats
3 rounds of the above

Stretch/mobility

DONE!
